Introducing SMC clean exhaust filter series SFE that can achieve class 4 cleanliness: ISO14644-1.

• Filtration rating : 0.01μm (Trapping efficiency 99.99%)
• Maximum flow capacity : 200 L/min (ANR)
• Noise reduction   : 30 dB (A) or more
• Mounting variations  : Male thread and Plug-in type

Generally, pneumatic equipment used in clean room requires piping to exhaust ducts to release exhaust air. A clean room exhaust cleaner (series AMP) can eliminate the piping to exhaust ducts.

To further reduce the piping installation work and space, clean exhaust filter SFE can be mounted to the pneumatic equipment to enable direct exhaust of air in clean room. As a result, piping to exhaust cleaner becomes unnecessary.
